Cancelation & Late Policy

Late Policy:

You will be charged a $10 fee if you are 15+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

You must purchase a service before scheduling. To receive a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to show up, your payment will be forfeited.
